Description

The Borgata Troncea, 1918 m.s.l.m. it is located in the north-western Alps in Piedmont, in the Municipality of Pragelato, precisely within the Alpi Cozie Park. Val Troncea is the terminal part of the Chisone Valley, at the height of the Borgata Pattemouche and just above the Villages of Laval and Joussaud. The particular mountain typicality of these hamlets today awakens interest in the transformation of these historic settlements by real estate and tourist operators who are defining their new future prospects. It is useless to underline how the new way of understanding the "Park" is increasingly oriented towards the promotion, support of the mountain pastures and the modification of the area plans which for years have immobilized any desired development, through an increasingly shared programming with the municipal mayors. . Therefore, the entry into these valleys of extra-Italian capital with a view to major investment and transformation is not new. The renowned Club Med active in every season and being expanded is now an integral part of the territory. Turin Caselle airport just one hour by car. All these aspects allow us to hypothesize a purchase of the Borgata Troncea for a concrete development, enhancing the existing architectural aspect with the care of what is the philological part of the recovery of mountain life towards a structure of "widespread hotel" which will rest on a filing of each building already implemented and on the safety of obtaining the variation of the Park area plan through a serious recovery plan for each residential or tourist accommodation use in a sporting or non-sporting key.
