In the heart of eighteenth-century Turin, formerly called Contrada del Deposito di San Paolo currently known as Via Piave, inside a building of great historical interest as reported by the externally exposed plaque, residence of Gian Francesco Galeani Napione, on the top floor with of a lift and the result of a conservative historical restoration, there is the mansard house, but with large spaces and generous heights that make all the rooms easily usable, maintaining the concept of "alcove" typical of attics of this kind. The entire housing unit is the result of a complete renovation, using quality materials and architectural choices, which make each space functional. Once through the security door, you have access to a hallway, which leads to the eat-in kitchen equipped with custom-made furniture, a five-burner hob and to the living room with a wood-burning fireplace. You then have access to the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with air conditioning and a French balcony and two bathrooms, one with a Devon & Devon bathtub and the other with a crystal shower box with chromotherapy. All rooms have a French balcony with Gibus curtains in anti-rain and anti-sun fabric.
