The “Casa Rosa” of the “Unesco” Langhe viewpoint in La Morra. La Morra is an Italian town in the province of Cuneo in Piedmont. At the dawn of the 2nd millennium, the city of Alba Pompeia began tilling and working the surrounding hills: it was then that the village of Murra was born on the top of the hill, in 1340 it passed under the dominion of the Falletti family; in 1402 it gave its own Statutes in which the Nebbiolo vine (Nebiolium) is mentioned for the first time in the area, from which Barolo wine originates. After ups and downs under France and Spain, in 1631 it passed to the Savoy. The bell tower (1710), built with the remains of the castle demolished in 1544, stands a few steps from the bronze monument to the Italian winemaker, and right next to it is the “Casa Rosa” of the La Morra belvedere, a incomparable view of the Langhe with a wide panoramic view of the vineyards and castles of the neighboring municipalities from the Belvedere, leader of the enhancement of the Unesco heritage area. The “Casa Rosa” has the main view on Piazza Castello and on two other sides, with an internal courtyard on Vicolo Torre and another courtyard on the square next to the bell tower and has recently undergone a total renovation. The design intent was to be able to obtain rooms for administration, cooking food, wine and drink tasting, relaxation, conversation and anything else connected with the concept of shared conviviality. Following the restructuring, the following were obtained: in the basement (land on Vicolo Torre) – premises for commercial use to be used as administration and consumption rooms, an internal courtyard that can be used as an outdoor area, a service block. On the ground floor – commercial premises to be used as administration rooms, a large kitchen with ancillary rooms, service block. On the first floor – premises for commercial use to be used as administration rooms, kitchen and service block. It is necessary to point out the recovery work of the nineteenth-century decorations of the entire stairwell, which gives back to the users of the complex the sensation of a “remarkable building”, to the full advantage of the activity that will be established there. Obviously the building can be used as a single residence or as a fractional one, having more free entrances on four sides. Unique and strategic position. Deliver blanks as “advanced raw”. 700 m2 of commercial space, divided into cadastral categories A4, A3 and A2, accessories C7, and commercial C1 and C2. New roof. Static check done.
