In Via Madonna delle Rose 70, in a residential area but close to many offices, there is the property that houses the dual business for sale. Located inside a 250 m2 commercial space, it is divided between the pasta factory and the restaurant business which was subsequently created to offer a top-quality service for the consumption of pasta in all its forms, a product which previously was only distributed in the best Turin restaurants. The property has a total of seven windows: four for the pasta factory part, and three for the restaurant which can accommodate up to 60 seats, and thanks to the 40 m2 external dehor, another 30 external seats. Opened in 2018, it was completely renovated in order to obtain the current license 4. The pasta factory activity was born in 1974: a well-known and renamed reality, it was taken over in the early 2000s by the current ownership and skilfully managed and grown thanks also to the proposal direct culinary of its own product through the restaurant. In fact, it produces a minimum of 150 kg of pasta per week to reach 500 kg in periods of greatest demand, serving restaurants and various fairs; it also presents the EEC stamp for the export of products abroad and sale to large-scale retail trade. All equipment is sold together with the business: – double cold room, the first used for raw materials (new 2022) and the second for the finished product. – pasteurization machine / blast chiller of 150/200 kg / hour. – meat mincer, protective atmosphere machine, heat sealer, freezer, kitchen body with 6 burners, gas and electric oven, kitchen fridge – machines for the production of: trofie, orecchiette, gnocchi, plin, gobbi, agnolotti, tortellini, cappelletti with different moulds.
