The historic building, previously a building of worship for the knowledge of the Shroud, was then a hospital for the care of the sick. The rental option considers the possibility of renting the entire building with a rent to be defined, or for single floors of approximately 1000 m2 each (not divided except by floor and in its entirety) for a request of 15,000 euros per month plus expenses. Parking spaces on the ground floor in the internal courtyard included in the request. Wired property, double glazing, hot and cold air conditioning systems. Floating floor for office platforms. Very high level of internal finishing for use by a primary credit/financial institution which has recently vacated the spaces.
