Description

Claviere is a small mountain village 1.5 km from the French border. It is located in Alta Val Susa at 1760 meters above sea level, on the Italian side of Montgenevre, about 94 kilometers west of Turin. The inhabited area rises on the eastern edge of the wide plateau of Colle del Monginevro. The center is dominated to the north by the Chaberton massif (3130 m).
