Bosia is a small and quiet village located in the high Langa, overlooking the Belbo Valley, at about 450 meters above sea level. Palazzo Magliano enjoys an excellent exposure, which together with the mild climate, typical of these places, makes the stay here particularly pleasant. Palazzo Magliano was built in 1910, first as a representative office for a silkworm industry, and later housed the restaurant "Refueling empty bellies", a famous attraction of the time for gourmets, trifulau and famous people. This building is currently for sale. Built on three floors, in Langa stone, with dozens of rooms over three meters high, reception halls and external terracotta cornices, two large terraces on the east and west sides of the building, and balconies overlooking the north and south. A land of about 3000sqm surrounds the building, and on the part that slopes down towards the valley, to the south-east, is enriched by dry stone walls, which at the time allowed in the bands, the cultivation of vines, the vegetable garden and ornamental plants. The property, with an area of about 800 square meters, lends itself to being transformed both into an important residence and into a tourist-accommodation facility, accompanied by the important past reputation. Bosia, known for the Ancalau award, receives countless visits from tourists every year. The property must undergo a complete renovation.
