A few meters from Largo Brescia and Cino Zucchi's "Lavazza" Nuvola in 1920 there was the Gallettificio Militare, but it was in 1956, with the move to Firgat, that the complex took on the appearance that still characterizes it today. Walking along Corso Brescia, you cannot notice any difference: the façade of bricks and large windows has been left intact. You have to cross the driveway and enter the courtyard to discover the changes; a passage that is like a caesura: outside the bustling life of Corso Brescia, inside the almost village dimension of the internal routes, outside Turin, inside Easydora. The name of the complex has a curious history: "You read it and think of Easy, facile, the ease of living, and of Dora, which is very close. The revolution of Easydora is all inside, in the paths it opens up and they offer new perspectives as you enter, until you reach the high brick chimney, which stands out on one side of the complex, with no function other than that of a memory of the past.
